Hello and Welcome! I'm Chef Jae Bae!
Born in Atlanta and raised in the deep south of Lagrange Ga, Jordan came from humble beginnings. Being brought up along side her older sister and younger brother as pastor kids, she spent most of her time in the church kitchen or rummaging through her grandparents cupboards. However it was not until she made a creation from leftovers in the kitchen which her dad called "the best thing he'd ever eaten" that she knew she wanted to get more involved in cooking. After transferring from Savannah State University to her dream school in Charlotte, North Carolina, she dove right into her career and began to travel during school breaks working at various restaurants. Graduating in May of 2019 from Johnson and Wales university with a bachelor's in food service management, Jordan settled on working in the kitchen at a local golf resort where she owes most of what she knows today.
After the birth of her daughter and the rise in the pandemic, she moved back to Atlanta and began to branch out on her own by selling plates from home. She then gave birth to her son and shortly after landed a job as a daycare cook at the Tabernacle of praise ELC where it was not long before her purpose as a chef had not gone unnoticed. Making her own menu's, meal prepping, and her knowledge in all things food sets her apart from others. Jordan's relationship with Jesus is her strong foundation and reasoning behind how she continues to get so much done. In her spare time she loves being the mother of her now three babies, Hayden, Kayson and Payton and engages in a heathier lifestyle for her family . With every creation Jordan knows that it is all the workings of the Lord and that she will continue to walk in the purpose he has given to her and cook food that when people eat it they can taste the love from which it came.
